Seriously Lost

Last night I watched Lost with my roommate. I've never seen an episode before and it was quite the experience! I know I was too far behind to ever really understand EVERYTHING that was going on, but it was interesting none the less. My roommate is a hardcore Lost fan so it was pretty intense!

Anyways, not much to post about today but I did do the Biggest Loser Workout Video again this morning. I feel like it gets me off to a great start of my day and that it really helps in the sculpting areas. I always thought videos were stupid and wouldn't really work, but sometimes it's nice to take a break and just relax and do a video in the privacy of your own home. I have the Biggest Loser Power Sculpt video and believe me, it leaves me incredibly sore, but in a good way.

For the ladies, after yesterdays skirt extravaganza, I didn't have too many deals for you but perhaps tomorrow I'll find some more. :) I tried to diversify my finds today to even include, gasp! Boy Runners! :) Just kidding, I love you all equally.

So for the ladies,I found these Nike Tempo Shorts. I have a pair just like this in black and pink. They are on sale at Nordstroms for $17.90, when normally $28.00

Photobucket

They are nice and fit well and work great for the longer runs, which will be what I'm doing this Saturday.

I even found some other sick deals to share.

For the boys. The C9 Tech Muscle Tee for $3.99.

Photobucket
Also for the boys I found another Tech Tee that normally sells for $22.00 and is on sale for $6.83
Photobucket
For the snowbirds, I found some Arm Warmers that were normally $19.50 and are on sale for $6.83
Photobucket
I also found these super cool Ear Warmers that were normally $45.00 and now are only $15.83. Oh and they have LIGHTS on them that can be set to flashing or off, especially great for night runners! I feel like these could be super cool like the Nike Hatphones!
Photobucket
Tonight I'm going to a great resturant in Long Beach with my Olie cousins and my Grandpa and Grandma to celebrate their birthdays! So until tomorrow...
xoxo
PS Do any of you know of any websites/places to get a good deal on a new TV. I am looking for a smaller one for my room. I want it to be flat screen LCD. Thanks! :)

On a non-running topic....you must watch Lost from the beginning. I think you might be able to see all of the seasons online (or borrow the DVDs from someone!) I wasn't into it until my husband forced me to watch season 1. Now I LOVE it!

And the tv....we bought ours at Target last year and got a sweet deal on it. Sounds crazy, but it was hundreds cheaper than Best Buy. (For a name brand, not the Target brand.)

It'll be a while before I can run in shorts again, but the ear muffs might be a good purchase for me!

Love the tempo shorts!

Do you have a Circuit City near you? They are going out of business so you might be able to find a good deal there.

Thanks for the reviews of the workout clothes. I rarely buy things like that so it's good to know what works for other people.

My hubby is a huge ebay-er and we get tons of great deals on both new and used stuff on ebay. You may look at some of the auctions going on for whatever brand of tv you are looking for. A lot of stuff is straight from the manufacturer's warehouse. Payment is easy thru paypal, and you can get a good idea of how competent/trustworthy the seller is by looking at their feedback percentages. Hope you find what you're looking for at a great price!

I love those Nike shorts. Believe it or not i got a pair of Nike shorts similar from MC sports (do you have one in Cali?) for like 14 bucks reg 29! I was stoked.

I dont watch lost either.. i'm into greys anatomy and private practice. If you dont watch them, you should consider. Patrick Dempsey can do alot for a girl having a rough day :)

Oh and as for TVs my boyfriend got a KICK ass deal on a 42 in. flat screen LCD this summer for like $1099.00 & it even came with a PS3! obivi it was 42 inches and you probably dont want a ps3 but i know they have sweet deals on tvs especially now that the holidays are over! Let us know what you find!

P.S. i'm adding your blog to my reader if you dont mind :)

I tried watching Lost a few years ago, and I was really "lost"... I was missing all the background info and never caught on...plus, I didn't need one more show to watch...
On the TV, Circuit City might have some bankruptcy deals, or check online sites like buy.com, or overstock.com, or you can check the Hot Deals forums at fatwallet.com...good luck!

I seriously wish I could find deals like that around here, or Canadian websites. The ear warmers look great and the arm warmers are too cute.

Have fun tonight!

There appears to be another "J" around here now! Interesting. I might have to change my name lol as this can get confusing!

If your looking for a cheap TV, try Circuit City. They are going out of business right now and everything is on sale!

All my friends are Lost obsessed, but I have actually never watched it. I might need to start...

LOST is the best show.

You might be able to find a good deal on a tv on craigslist. Good luck!

I purchased the BL Cardio Max DVD last year (Kind of questioning how it would be).. it's so good! Bob leading the Level 1 workout is practically begging people to workout with him it's so fun. Sometimes I'll just do that as a warm-up. My enjoyment of the Cardio Max DVD lead me to purchase the Power Sculpt DVD you have, also an INCREDIBLE workout. Sigh... I should do sculpting more. I don't have much time these days and running is the favorite workout.

I think we would both agree that when he leads yoga Bob is really in his element. Can you imagine my excitement when I saw a TBL Yoga DVD at Wal-Mart the other week. Still haven't had a chance to try it, but I'm convinced its going to be amazing!

Have a fun dinner and I *heart* Lost!!!

I tried to watch Lost one time, and the entire time I was LOST!!! I love your blog with reviews of all cool workout gear!

thanks for stopping by my blog and your kind works. i'm with you, LOST can be superconfusing with the crazy plot, especially if you have not seen the past episodes. but watch out, if you start watching one, you get addicted very quickly!

I have never watched Lost. Never got into it!

Thanks so much for all the deals. You are the best!

Lost is a great show. I rented the DVD's on netflix last year while I was training for Boston. It was nice to relax at home and watch a few episodes at night. It took me a couple months to catch up with season 4. They got pretty addicting.

Lost is awesome - although I think that it would be really really hard to catch up on at this point.

THANKS for the guy shirts. I've been looking for some good sleeveless shirts and that one just might work!

LOL, I had to laugh at your post because I've seen every single episode of Lost and am in love with it, but it's a very confusing show so even I get "lost" in the episode and get confused! I can only imagine coming in now and seeing your first episode :)

I want that chic's body in the picture with the shorts (first one).
I recommend you rent lost episodes and catch up. it is Soooo good

I ordered those fingerless gloves/hand warmers from REI. I work from home where it is never warm and they're perfect to keep me warm and type at the same time. I pick them up soon. Thanks for the hot tip!

Wow - I'm amazed you watched Lost coming in blind! I've watched for a few seasons now but I still get confused :)

I also love Nike tempo shorts - I have at least two pairs and should definitely invest in more :)
